ITINERARY
Dia 1
- Hotel pick-up between 4:20 a.m. to 4:50 a.m.
- Drive to Mollepata, a charming town at 2900 meters (9514 feet) altitude (approx. 2 hours)
- Rest stop in Mollepata for 20 minutes
- Continue to Challacancha, the starting point of the trek at 3600 meters (11500 feet) altitude
- Approximately 3 hours of travel to Soraypampa base camp at 3912 meters (12834 feet) altitude
- Enjoy a panoramic lunch with views of Humantay and Salkantay mountains
- Trek for 1 hour and 30 minutes to Humantay Lake
- Return to base camp for tea and dinner
- Reflect on the day's adventures and unforgettable experiences

- 5:00 a.m.: Wake up and prepare for the day ahead.
- 5:30 a.m.: Enjoy a delicious breakfast to fuel your energy.
- 6:00 a.m.: Begin the trek, embarking on a challenging ascent for approximately 3 hours.
- Reach the remarkable Salkantay Pass at 4630m-15190ft and participate in a traditional Andean ceremony.
- Descend to the scenic Huayraqmachay at 3912m-12834ft, where a mouthwatering lunch awaits.
- Continue the journey towards the second camp, Chaullay, located at 2900m-9514ft.

Dia 3
- 6:00 a.m.: Begin the day with an early start, preparing for an exciting adventure.

- Embark on a trek through the enchanting high jungle, marveling at the breathtaking geography that includes rivers, waterfalls, and abundant flora and fauna.
- Discover the diverse plantations of orchids, coffee, and coca, as well as fruit trees like bananas, papaya, avocado, and granadilla.
- Keep an eye out for the colorful array of birds, including hummingbirds, parrots, and the magnificent cock of the rocks.
- Reach the picturesque Lucmabamba at 2064m-6771ft, where a delicious lunch awaits.
- Set up camp in this scenic location and spend the night in comfortable tents.
- After lunch, participate in a fascinating coffee tour led by local experts who will showcase the process and production of coffee.

- Explore and learn about the historical significance of Llactapata before descending for about 2 hours.
- Arrive at the hydroelectric plant and enjoy a delicious lunch to refuel.
- Continue walking for approximately 2 hours and 30 minutes to 3 hours, following the scenic path towards the town of Aguas Calientes (2050m-6725ft), also known as the town of Machu Picchu.
- Check into your comfortable hostel accommodation and savor a delightful dinner at a local restaurant.
- Rest and recharge for the next day, which promises to be the highlight of your journey—the visit to the majestic Machu Picchu.
Dia 5
- 4:00 a.m.: Begin the day bright and early to maximize your time at Machu Picchu.
- Start with a 30-minute flat walk, followed by a 1-hour ascent towards Machu Picchu.
- Arrive at Machu Picchu around 6 a.m., allowing you to witness the breathtaking sunrise and capture unforgettable moments.
- Explore the ancient ruins of Machu Picchu with the guidance of our knowledgeable tour guide. The exploration will last approximately 2 to 3 hours.
